He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA, London) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB). He became a National Accountant (ANAN) in 2001 and later qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACCA) in 2009.
Chief Frank O. Osuji began his banking career in 2000 at the now-defunct Commerce Bank, where he served as an Assistant Manager before rising to the position of Manager in 2005. He briefly worked at Equatorial Trust Bank before joining Centre Point Bank in 2009 as Chief Internal Auditor. In this role, he played a critical part in strengthening the bank’s internal control processes and risk management frameworks.
He later transitioned to Hallmark Bank, where he led the Internal Control and Risk Management Unit, before advancing his career at First Bank of Nigeria Plc. During his tenure in the banking sector, Frank participated in local and international training programs covering marketing, economic and financial crimes, fraud detection and control, audit automation using ACL software, and electronic business solutions.
In 2015, he resigned from First Bank to join Phillip Eze Osuji & Company (Chartered Accountants), where he expanded his expertise in external auditing and taxation before establishing his own firm, Franjul Management Consultants. His firm maintains a strategic alliance with Phillip Eze Osuji & Company to provide specialized financial advisory, risk management, and auditing services.
Beyond consultancy, Frank is the Managing Director of Franjul Enterprise Limited, a company specializing in the production of table water.
