  • A passport-sized photograph
  • Bank Verification Number (BVN)

2. Trade Execution

  • Orders can be placed via our online trading platform, phone, or email.
  • Transactions are executed based on market conditions and client instructions.
  • A contract note is issued upon completion of trade, detailing transaction specifics.

3. Settlement of Trades

  • Trade settlements follow the T+3 rule (i.e., transactions are completed within three business days).
  • Payments for purchased stocks must be made before settlement.

4. Market Hours

  • The Nigerian Exchange (NGX) market operates from Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM (WAT), excluding public holidays.
  • Clients are encouraged to place trade orders during these hours for timely execution.

5. Fees & Charges

  • Trading fees include brokerage commissions, NGX fees, SEC fees, CSCS fees, and other statutory charges.
  • A detailed breakdown of applicable charges is provided before trade execution.
